I was always treated well by the staff. My requests were handled quickly and they were quick with answering my questions too. The apartments are pretty. With high ceilings, nice paint job, crown moulding, etc.. The best part was the washer and dryer in the unit. The walls were good, meaning I could never hear my neighbors. I loved the pool area. Overall, it was a great living experience at Estancia, I would recommend it.

What I love about living here, is not only does the property management team take care of the grounds, they take care of any maintenance issues that arise. You aren't having to wait for days on end to get a response. They are quick to the draw and are working on any issue within a day of being called. That makes living here, well worth it to us.
